disabling vt list?

I'm just wondering if there would be a way to create the option to hide the list of vt users? Since I don't ever use vt, it would be nice if I could check a box or click a link to hide that list. They managed to do it so we wouldn't see the ignore link beside each user, so can it be done to hide the vt list?
Not too often I think I ever have a valid suggestion, but there ya go.

yeah cam. sounds good. I really don't use vt much! I use sometimes but you know. I hope this becomes a feature!

I'm sure this has been discussed before. there's ways of navigating past this list without even seeing it.

actually, I rather like this idea, offerred as an option. We've had similar things like this discussed, but usually, the users want the list outright gone, period, no quesitons asked...they would rather just click on a link to see the list of vt users. However, making it an option to disable the list on all of the pages, is a pretty good suggestion, and I will send a note about it to the staff list.
Keep em coming, all!

I seem to be one of few opposed to this. while i'd rather not look at the list, it's way to easy to go away from it rather than ignore it all the time.

I don't actually mind the idea. I use vt alot but it doesn't make sense to have the list there for you to look at if you never use it at all.

well I like it the way it is I mean you can just skip it altogether so why is it such a big deal

it could make the pages smaller sometimes for one thing, and people with notetakers really don't want to have to handle that much more text

I could understand why some people would like it removed, especially those with dial-down. So, I think that we can have a sort of check box, so that those who don't want it, can have it removed or not removed, and it can be made into a quicknote command option.

Personally I like it the way it is...sometimes there is a rare occasion when one can note one who is BOTH on quick notes AND vt at the same time and that leaves room for someone like my self who although on a very few occasions have connected to vt only am not personally geared to it..the point being is that I can pvt.qn&/or pub.qn a person to give a verbal message to someone who is logged onto vt. I personally have not done this though I know personally others who have and it seems to work just fine.
